Dr. Scott Hurlbert is a general and vascular surgeon with Memorial General and Vascular Surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of Colorado, where he graduated with honors. He completed his residency in general surgery at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, and his fellowship in vascular surgery, involving extensive experience in endovascular therapy, at Southern Illinois University.

In addition, Dr. Hurlbert has served in several leadership capacities at Memorial Health System including senior medical director for surgical specialties, and chief of the medical staff.
